The History of Sigma Pi

On February 26th 1897, four men decided to create an organization founded on chivalry, scholarship, character, diversity, and above all else...brotherhood. Since then, Sigma Pi Fraternity International has excelled in to one of the largest and fastest growing fraternities in the world.

The ACE Project

Sigma Pi Fraternity International is the only organization with an ACE Project. ACE stands for Altruistic Campus Experience. The ACE project is designed to give back to the campus by providing the faculty and students with fun activities such as our Annual Volleyball Tournament.

The Sam Spady Foundation

Sigma Pi's National Philanthropy, The Samantha Spady Foundation, is designed to educate all parents and students on the dangers of alcohol consumption and the signs of alcohol poisoning. Sam Spady was a young student at Colorado State University who died of alcohol poisoning on September 5, 2004.

Theta Tau Chapter - William Paterson University

Thirty Four Men from William Paterson University chartered Sigma Pi Fraternity International on October 8th 2005. It has become the largest and most diverse fraternity on campus. We have brothers from all cultures and all majors with the highest GPA of all male fraternities. Our reputation on campus is that of gentlemen... we are true MEN OF HONOR.
